Sim Fubara finally bows to pressure, speaks differently

The suspended democratically elected Governor of Rivers State, Similaya Fubara has shocked most of his supporters and indeed Nigerians with his latest utterances.

Sim Fubara who attended service of songs held in honour of the late elder statesman, Edwin Clark, in Port Harcourt, the state capital, organised by the Rivers Elders Forum on Sunday said that his spirit has since left the government house.

In his exact words, ““Do you even know if I want to go back there? My spirit has already left there,” he said.

Sim Fubara was seen speaking as though he has given up on being the governor during his speech. He distanced himself from questions regarding his reinstatement, saying it was a personal opinion of the people asking him questions.

Fubara expressed dissatisfaction with some of the actions of his supporters, though with good intentions but may have worsened his situation.

The embattled Governor tried his best to evade most questions regarding his political headache and Rivers state crisis.

You’d recall that the deepened political feud between Fubara and Wike is the major cause of the current dysfunctional governance in Rivers state.

It’s obvious that majority of Nigerians, especially the fans of Fubara are rather disappointed with the utterances of Fubara.

Sim Fubara gives up

Unpopular opinion : This is a decayed democratic system they practice in Nigeria…. A democratically elected Governor was removed in an undemocratic way by another person who was elected democratically as well..

Sim Fubara has never even contested his illegal removal ever since, not even to utter words regarding the 11 PDP Governors that filled a law suit at the Supreme Court challenging such illegality…..

Same Sim Fubara who is obviously folded was rumored to have gone back to his godfather, Nyesom Wike, maybe to beg.

He was seen with Tinubu in London…

Fubara has even started blaming the actions of his supporters for being part of his political problems…

How do you start taking such a man serious?

He has thrown the entire Ijaw Nation under the bus and in extension his entire supporters.

His democratically elected deputy was also ousted.

All the Local Government Council chairmen that Rivers people elected were all removed as well…

And Rivers people remained mum…

Could it be right to call him a SIMP?

As for those hailing some people as being master strategists and super politicians….. I say, all these anomalies you used in praising them can only happen because Nigeria isn’t practicing democracy…. Can all these their crude illegalities work in a decent democracy?

It means, they’re not master strategist anything but enjoying unregulated dysfunctional system of government… Purely exploiting the gullibilty of Nigerians…
