BREAKING : Super Falcons Defeat Morocco to fulfill mission X

The Super Falcons of Nigeria defeat the host nation, Morocco to Clinch the WAFCON title for the record 10th time.

The Moroccan team was the first to draw the bl.ood with a 2-0 lead before half time which was scored by their captain with a fantastic volley to displace Chiamaka Nnadozie.

The super Falcons came in to the second half with a different energy and game plan which made them push for a penalty. Esther Okoronkwo scored the penalty which brought the Falcons back to the game.

The super Falcons made another brilliant runs via Esther Okoronkwo who made a brilliant pass that resulted in the equalizer. 2-2

The Moroccans almost had a penalty awarded before the referee resorted to the aid of the VAR. The penalty was canceled which led to the the super Falcons via a fantastic free kick from Esther Okoronkwo which met the leg of Echezini to give the Falcons the lead.

Nigeria’s Rasheedat Ajibade was named the Player of the Tournament at the 2024 WAFCON.

Chiamaka Nnadozie was named the Goalkeeper of the Tournament.

Ghizlane Chebbak of Morocco finished as the Top Scorer with 5 goals.

Super Falcons eventually achieved their mission X.
