Landmark Africa Group has finalized a major agreement with the Enugu State Government to take over the 150-hectare Nike Lake Resort on a 35-year lease.
This transformative partnership aims to reposition the iconic resort as a world-class tourism.
Landmark Group’s partnership with the Enugu State Government comes a few months after the company’s property(Landmark Beach) was destroyed by the Lagos State Government as a result of its proximity to the proposed Lagos-Calabar 700km coastal highway.
