Peter Obi’s birthday message to the Governor of Anambra state, Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has stirred some conversations online.
Governor Soludo has never made his strong dislike for Peter Obi any secret as he never misses any opportunity to say contemptuous words towards Peter Obi.
History beckons……..
Peter Obi whose birthday was on the 19th of July had so many birthday wishes from so many dignitaries, globally celebrated, and almost a national carnival as Obidients converted the day as “day of service”.
Although it didn’t hit most Nigerians as a surprise, Soludo who’s the governor of Anambra State never spared a second to wish Peter Obi a happy birthday.
Could it be politically Motivated?
Only Soludo would tell…
Today, Peter Obi in his usual nature wished Soludo a happy birthday which many have referred as showing class.
He wrote below :
“Warm birthday wishes to the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo.
Your Excellency, My dear elder brother, My family and I join other men and women of goodwill in rejoicing with you as you mark another year today.
May God continue to bless you with strength, wisdom, and good health as you serve our dear state and nation.

“Person no even send you on your own Birthday that the entire country celebrated you. You think hugging him or tweeting a happy birthday to him will make him like you? This your over niceness eh. Read what my younger nephew said about you.

People must have different opinions, however, Peter Obi has his reasons for doing most things he does….
In all, i am glad he showed Soludo some class with the birthday wish….
To some people, because Soludo refused to wish Peter Obi happy birthday, Peter Obi should reciprocate by not wishing him as well….? It would show hard man… Typical brand of politics some knows…
Unfortunately, Peter Obi’s personality and brand of civil politics isn’t appreciated in a country like Nigeria… They see corrupt, insultive, denigrative and mafians as the ideal politician in Nigeria………
Quite unfortunate… People see his way of life as weakness….
However, many drive inspiration from his shown values……
